An unmaintained pool can lead quickly to the growth of bacteria causing infection and illnesses – especially in Children and the Elderly. Any owner renting their property should be aware that an unmaintained pool can also leave them open to claims being made against them.
Many of our customers are surprised at how much work is involved in keeping a pool clean and maintained throughout the year especially during the dusty summer months.
When a pool is managed by KSL it will be visited and cleaned once a week by one of our Pool Technicians. When guests are staying in the property the pool will be cleaned twice a week or as required.
Our Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Team usually will be in and out within an hour minimising disturbance to guests.
The Weekly Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service Consist of
- Full chemical Testing of Water Quality
- Dosing pool with Chlorine, PH Balancers and Water Polishing Agents
- Skimming the surface of the pool to remove large debris
- Brushing the side walls of the pool
- Emptying the Skimmer Baskets
- Vacuum pool floor
- Backwash filter if required
- Topping up pool if required.
- Checking Pump and Filters for possible faults.
