General Property Management

With Our General Management Package you can rest assured knowing your property is being regularly maintained.
Your property will be regularly visited by a Qualified Member of the KSL Property Management Team. While at the property they will inspect for any potential problems including Plumbing, Electrical, Structural and Pest. They will also Run all taps and flush all toilets to fill the waste traps, stopping any unwanted smells developing.
Once the property inspection in completed, the property will be fully secured and any problems or minor repairs made will be noted in the Property Inspection Report. These reports are held on file and can be emailed to you on request.
This Package also includes our Key Holding Services and Payment Administration of Utility, Telephone, Taxes and Community Charges.
